    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using the services of Catharsis Body Art ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

    2. Services

    Catharsis Body Art provides professional tattoo and body piercing services. All services are subject to availability and artist discretion.

    • Services are provided by licensed and experienced artists
    • All equipment is sterilized according to industry standards
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

    3. Age Requirements

    You must be 18 years or older to receive any tattoo or piercing services. Valid government-issued photo identification is required. We do not make exceptions to this policy.

    4. Deposits and Payments

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments
    • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment with 48 hours notice
    • Full payment is due at the completion of service
    • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments

    5. Cancellation Policy

    Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

    6. Health and Safety

    • You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications
    • We reserve the right to refuse service if you appear intoxicated or under the influence
    • You must follow all aftercare instructions provided
    • We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions

    7. Service History Records

    By booking or receiving tattoo or piercing services, you acknowledge that we may maintain service history records related to your appointment, including service date, artist, body location, service notes, aftercare notes, consent-document references, and related appointment information. These records help us provide aftercare, continuity of service, client support, and legally required recordkeeping.

    To request that service history records or related personal information be reviewed, removed, or deleted, contact thesumofc@catharsisba.com. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate business, safety, insurance, or dispute-resolution purposes.

    8. Touch-Ups

    One complimentary touch-up is included within 60 days of your initial tattoo session, provided proper aftercare was followed. Touch-ups are subject to artist availability and approval.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All custom designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Catharsis Body Art and the artist. We reserve the right to photograph our work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    Catharsis Body Art is not liable for any adverse reactions, infections, or complications arising from tattoo or piercing services, provided we have followed industry-standard safety protocols.
